About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Live Q Solutions website and our online portals. They are separate from the terms of any booking with us: our services are provided under the quote and contract you agree for each booking, and if anything here conflicts with your contract, your contract applies.
Decision needed: Legal identity: state the exact legal entity and registered address, as in the Privacy Policy.
Using the website
You're welcome to browse the website and send us enquiries. Please don't misuse it — for example by trying to access areas or information you're not authorised to see, interfering with how it works, or uploading anything harmful or unlawful.
Your account
If you create an account on the Customer Portal, keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for making sure the information you give us is accurate and kept up to date. Each account can only see its own organisation's bookings and documents.
Quotes, prices and availability
Information on the website about our services and equipment is for general guidance. It isn't an offer to supply. Prices and availability are confirmed in your quote, and a booking only becomes binding under the contract you sign with us.
Online payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure payment page. A payment is confirmed once it shows as received on your invoice, and we'll email you a receipt.
Decision needed: Confirm the refund and cancellation position that should be referred to here (normally set out in your booking contract).
Content and our brand
The Live Q Solutions name and logo, and the text, photographs and video on this website, belong to Live Q Solutions or the people who have allowed us to use them. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites we don't control their content and aren't responsible for it.
Our responsibility to you
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Decision needed: Limitation of liability wording: to be provided by Live Q's solicitor. Consumer rights must not be excluded.
Law
