About this policy
This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Live Q Solutions website, Customer Portal and staff portal. The table below is taken directly from what the website actually uses, and is updated whenever that changes.
Our approach
We only use cookies and browser storage that are needed for something you've asked us to do — keeping you signed in, protecting sign-in links, and remembering the equipment in a dry-hire enquiry. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't track you across other websites. Because everything we use is strictly necessary, we don't show a cookie consent banner. If we ever add something that isn't strictly necessary, we'll ask for your permission before it's used.
Paying online
When you pay an invoice by card you're taken to Stripe's secure payment page on stripe.com. Stripe sets its own cookies there, for example to prevent fraud, under Stripe's own cookie policy. Nothing from Stripe is loaded on our website before you choose to pay.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookies, you won't be able to sign in to the Customer Portal or the staff portal.
Decision needed: Confirm with Live Q's solicitor that no consent banner is needed while only the strictly necessary items listed below are used.
